Roberto Viola
Roberto Viola is the Director General for digital policies in the European Commission (DG Connect). Before the European Commission, he was the Secretary General of AGCOM.
From 1986 to 1999 he worked at the European Space Agency (ESA) where he held various positions, including head of telecommunications systems sector.
He has published several scientific articles and taught at different universities.
