Marco Landi, now President of QuestIt, an AI Company, has a long experience in global Hi-Tech business. He has been WW COO of Apple Computer in Cupertino responsible for Global Operations, Marketing and Sales after a successfull turnaround of Apple EMEA activities.

He was part of the Apple Management Team that brought back Steve Jobs, after 11 years of absence from Apple.

Previously he spent over 20 years at Texas Instruments managing all business units in EMEA based in Brussels and ASIA based in Hong Kong.During his 3 years tenure , TI Asia increased its revenues from one billion to over four billion US $. He was instrumental to install the first SW Development Center in Bangalore , India and build Wafer Fab in Singapore, Japan and Taiwan.

As EMEA President he won the prestigious European Quality Award for TI operations and was appointed Chairman of the American-European Electronics Association representing over 300 thousands workers at the European Commission in Brussels.

Marco is also President of Institut EuropIA that he created to sensitise large public, students and enterprises to the benefits and issues of AI

Marco holds a degree in telecom engineering from the prestigious University of Bologna and attended an executive MBA program at INSEAD Institute. He is sitting in several boards across the world and invests in innovative new companies.

Marco Landi has published three books: “ Connecting the dots “ on how he reached the top position at Apple , “ Business Humanum Est “about his principles for leadership in the business and “ Connections “ on his ideas to use AI technologies for the benefits of Humanity.

Recently Marco has ipublished a new book on AI with Prof.Gori and the journalist Nicola di Turi: A guide to AI for all people.

He has accepted the request of The President of Alpes Maritimes Département to lead the SMART DEAL to accelerate the Digital Transformation in the Departement. A major achievement: the opening of the “ Maison de l’Intelligence Artificielle “ in SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS on December 2019

In 2021 another Maison de l’Intelligence Artificielle has been opened in Oujda, Morocco.

Recently he created the WAICF, the largest event totally dedicated to AI , that is organised every year in the magnificent Palais des Festivals of Cannes.
