The new OpNet model is the result of the corporate spin-off of the Linkem retail branch and its merger by incorporation into Tiscali (now Tessellis S.p.A.). Following the corporate operation, OpNet acquired 56.12% of the shares of Tessellis S.p.A., assuming leadership of the entire industrial group.
