Giuseppe Di Franco is Managing Director of Lutech Group and Chief Executive Officer of Lutech Advanced Solutions, with the aim of developing and innovative implementations to support the digital transformation of customers, as well as address the environmental and safety challenges that characterize the evolution of the business in recent years.

Di Franco in 2023 wanted and led the transformative acquisition of Atos Italia, the Italian branch of the global Atos group, by Lutech/ Apax funds, thus creating a new leading group in the Italian and international markets, with 5,000 employees and 800 million in revenues.

In the last ten years, Di Franco has been President and CEO of Atos Italia, determined the positioning and the important growth of the Atos Group in Italy, with constant development over the years, from 80 to 350 M revenues, to a company of 1.500 people in 5 places in Italy.

Graduated in Management Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano and Alumnus, Giuseppe Di Franco is Adjunct Professor of School of Management Politecnico di Milano, and member of various Italian and International associations.
