Claudio Bassoli
Claudio Bassoli is President and CEO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Italy, Vice President Hewlett Packard Enteprise Inc., President of Athonet, and President of CDS.
Currently, he is board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy; supporting member of the ASPEN Institute and of ISPI Institute for International Political Studies; member of Council Centro Studi Americani (Center for American Studies) and of The European House – Ambrosetti club; member of the Committee of the Council for United States and Italy; member of the General Council of Assolombarda and Anitec-Assinform.
Previously, he has been a member of the Advisory Board of Italtel, Fondazione Silvio Tronchetti Provera, and SDA Bocconi.
Claudio Bassoli graduated in Computer Science at Milano University. Subsequently, he earned a master’s degree in Business Management at Insead and a master’s degree in Executive Management in a join program with the Berkley University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He kicked off his career in Gruppo Olivetti, then took on executive roles to develop the market in Italy, Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at global corporations such as Montedison, Hewlett Packard, PSC, and Cisco.
