Melissa Ferretti Peretti is Country Manager of Google Italy and Vice President of Google since September 2022. Previously, she was CEO of American Express Italy, leading the company to a strong acceleration towards digital transformation in the country. As Senior Vice President for American Express, she was responsible for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Middle East. She worked at Vodafone, and at Accenture, where she took part in the dot.com division supporting the launch of digital start-ups. She has a degree in Economics and Commerce from Sapienza University of Rome, and an MBA from Bocconi University of Milan.
